 这些政协委员的建议包括扩大国家集成电路产业投资基金规模、提高更有力度的政策措施、增强基础设施综合保障能力、提高科技企业的风险保障和建立全国 IP 平台等。

 二、人大代表建言:汽车芯片成重点,民营企业要参与化合物半导体产业 全国人大代表方面, 致公党上海市委专职副主委邵志清、上汽集团董事长陈虹、广汽集团董事长曾庆洪、海特集团董事长李飚、小康集团创始人张兴海、长城汽车总裁王凤英等都提出了集成电路产业相关建议。

 其中,汽车芯片多次出现,陈虹、曾庆洪、张兴海、王凤英等全国人大代表都提出了自己的建议,包括建立车规级芯片标准和评价体系、建立汽车芯片主管部门和优先解决短缺问题等。
