湖北世纪华章文化传播有限公司未经北京市仁爱教育研究所授权，擅自依据仁爱版英语教材编写了配套的《学习总动员》（延边人民出版社出版）等系列侵权教辅，按《中华人民共和国著作权法》、新闻出版总署20xx年8月18日《关于进一步加强中小学教辅材料出版发行管理的通知》及教育部、新闻出版总署、国家发展改革委员会、国务院纠风办20xx年2月28日《关于加强中小学教辅材料使用管理工作的通知》等文件规定，主动向北京市仁爱教育研究所进行著作权侵权赔偿。
本人代表湖北世纪华章文化传播有限公司自愿支付北京市仁爱教育研究所著作权使用费共计人民币20万元（大写：贰拾万元整），以解决从20xx年5月份至20xx年10月份3个学期侵犯北京市仁爱教育研究所著作权的问题。

i apologize for any misunderstanding regarding this items status.
it appears that the current availability estimate listed on our web site may not yet reflect the most recent information provided to us by our suppliers.
sometimes unexpected fluctuations in supply can add time to our original availability estimate. we have learned that "spartacus: gods of the arena [blu-ray]" is now back-ordered, and our supplier is not able to tell us exactly when they expect to have more in stock. i apologize that you were not notified sooner of this change.
to help compensate you for this unexpected change, i have upgraded the method of shipment for this order to express shipping at no additional charge.
